Situated alongside the esteemed Quinta da Ria, the Quinta de Cima Golf Course is often regarded as the “championship course” of the region, providing a delightful challenge for golfers of all abilities. This expansive 620,000 m², 18-hole layout features welcoming fairways, thoughtfully positioned bunkers, and greens that require careful aim.

As you navigate the Eastern Algarve’s rugged terrain, you’ll encounter a winding creek that crosses several fairways, creating strategic water hazards that encourage thoughtful club selection. Although less intricate than some other courses, Quinta de Cima has its own charm that makes it a favorite for many.

The thrill of the game truly comes alive on the final holes—16, 17, and 18—where doglegs, sand traps, and water features merge to create an exciting finish. For competitive players, Quinta de Cima strikes a perfect balance between beauty and technique, offering long fairways that reward both power and finesse.

As you make your way around the course, take a moment to appreciate the landscape, dotted with centuries-old olive and carob trees. These natural markers, alongside the thoughtfully designed layout, offer not just a test of skill but a celebration of the region’s rich heritage.

Quinta de Cima promises a memorable golfing adventure that beautifully blends tradition with nature.
