The Fazio Course at Barefoot Resort is routed through a spectacular piece of property in the heart of Barefoot Resort. Like many European courses, the course does not return to the clubhouse after nine holes. It is not a British linksland course, but rather a classic Lowcountry course, filled with live oaks, pines, sand, natural areas and native grasses.Nestled between the Dye and Love Courses, Fazio incorporates strategic design elements, including extensive tree cover, lakes, waste areas, and bunkers meticulously placed for visual and strategic impact. Natural elevation changes provide a sense of drama and excitement throughout the round, ensuring a memorable golfing experience.Water features grace 15 holes, with lakes strategically positioned for playability. The course accommodates all skill levels with five sets of tees, allowing players to enjoy championship-level golf while finding the right balance of fun and challenge.
