It seemed only natural that America's fastest growing and popular sport would find a home in Mesquite, but who would have suspected that 20 years ago that golf would be the straw to stir the drink? Yet that's just what has happened as real estate developers and hotel and gaming entrepeneurs saw the beautifully situated community as ideal for golf courses. Mix in a handful of distinctively different landscapes and topography for the golfer to choose from, and a variety of off-course amenities and diversions, and you have the ingredients of a desirable golf vacation.
