Originally named the "The Vistas 9", the Canyons course now offers 18 holes. The Canyons brings out the character of its natural setting. The large fairways and Bermuda greens make the course player friendly and a refreshing change of pace. The challenge starts with the first hole, a long par five with a narrow sloping fairway that requires length and accuracy (so you might want to hit a practice bucket before you play). Five of the next six holes have water, and the eighth hole presents a beautiful elevated tee box dropping 100 feet to the green below. Slope = 129
